An elderly carpenter was ready to retire. He told his employer-contractor of his plans to leave the house-building business to live a more leisurely life with his wife and enjoy his extended family. He would miss the paycheck each week, but he wanted to retire. They could get by.
The contractor was sorry to see his good worker go & asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor. The carpenter said yes, but over time it was easy to see that his heart was not in his work. He resorted to shoddy workmanship and used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end a dedicated career.

A young and successful executive was traveling down a neighborhood street, going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar. He was watching for kids darting out from between parked cars and slowed down when he thought he saw something. As his car passed, no children appeared. Instead, a brick smashed into the Jag’s side door! He slammed on the brakes and drove the Jag back to the spot where the brick had been thrown. The angry driver then jumped out of the car, grabbed the nearest kid and pushed him up against a parked car, shouting, “What was that all about and who are you?
Just what the heck are you doing? Read the rest of this entry »

Arthur Ashe, the legendary Wimbledon player was dying of CANCER.
From the world over, he received letters from his fans, one of which conveyed:
Why does GOD have to select you for such a bad disease”?
To this Arthur Ashe replied: In the world over 5,000,000 children learn to play tennis, 500,000 learn professional tennis, 50,000 come to the circuit, 5000 reach the grand slam, 50 reach Wimbeldon, 4 to semi final, 2 to the finals,
When I was holding a cup I never asked GOD “Why me?”
And today in pain I should not be asking GOD “Why me?”
Happiness keeps U Sweet, Trials keep U Strong, Sorrow keeps U Human, Failure Keeps U Humble, Success keeps U Glowing,
But only “God” Keeps U Going…..
Everyone has his own thought on this famous line ” There are two kinds of people in this world “, and today I discovered mine.
“There are two kinds of people in this world, Those who Lead and those who follow.”
So, Dare to make your own decisions and Take initiative.
Lamarck said ” Those who don’t adapt changes with time, Don’t Survive.” I don’t know if science world has accepted that or not, but business world have to.

Part I: The Problem
It happens to everyone, sometimes you want to be a special person for someone YOU really care about, someone who is very special for YOU. You try to get the same attention, same emotions, same CARE from him/her, You try hard but fail.
That’s what I call, Being Nobody for Somebody.
Part II: The Analysis
Is it not the same situation where you want something you don’t have ( or may be Can’t have ) and you choose to ignore things you already have.
You choose to ignore all the people who care about you and divert all your attention to someone who don’t care about you at all.
Reason behind not getting the same attention may be anything, His/Her liking, disliking, mindset, situation, attitude, confusion or whatever but that’s not the point here, the point is that you are choosing to ignore everything you have for something you don’t have.
That’s what I call ” I want it because I don’t have it, and may be I will forget it once I get it. “
Part III: The Conclusion
As Ben Stein said ” The first step to getting the things you want out of life is this: Decide what you want. ”
So, It’s great(and must) to be Nobody for Somebody, It gives you “Reasons to Live” and “Dreams to follow”, and definitely gives you a chance to become a better person day by day, all you need to do is, Keep it constructive.
You make choices, which don’t actually work for you
You make choices, which are sometimes imposed on you
You make choices, even if you like them or not
You make choices, even if you have to ignore better options
That’s life, there is nothing you can do about it, because you don’t actually have any choice
Every question comes with a fixed answer most of the times, and a lot of other answers too, but only to confuse you, to make decisions complicated
The best thing you can do here is SAVE YOUR TIME, don’t waste it in finding alternative when you know they are not.

Heart is the finest creation of god, but it comes with a mind to control it. Its all about making a perfect balance between what you want and what is practical.
